Returns
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Food, Fish, Medicine, Fragile, and Plants cannot be returned.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- For the claim, we require an unboxing video clip.
Warranty
- The majority of products do not have a warranty, but a few do, and that is clearly mentioned on the product description page.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- We do not provide guarantees for damaged items returned to us.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations, COLOURFUL AQUARIUM Support can be contacted by various methods mentioned under the Contact Us link. Please quote the Order ID in all communications. It is advised that the query be sent from the registered email ID.
- Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Your order will be cancelled instantly, and the refund will be processed within 3 to 4 working days in your original payment method.
- In case of cancellation after shipment of the order, courier charges will be borne by the customer only.
